Position : Production Support

Location : Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 remote)

Role Overview

Production Support is responsible for supporting and maintaining critical Microsoft messaging and collaboration platforms in a production environment.

Production Support: combines approximately 50% Operations Support and 50% Engineering activities, including incident management, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, automation, risk remediation, and production implementations.

Skills:

• Microsoft Exchange 2019/2016 (On-Premises)
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Exchange DAG, Hybrid Mail Flow, Edge Servers
• Active Directory, SMTP, PowerShell

Customer Support:

• Microsoft Exchange 2019/2016 (On-Premises)
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange , Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
