🔵 About the Role

FEKRA is looking for an experienced .NET Production Support Engineer to support and maintain business-critical production applications.

This is a production support and troubleshooting-focused role, not a traditional feature-development position.

You will be responsible for investigating production incidents, tracing issues across applications and services, identifying root causes, supporting deployments, and working closely with development teams when code-related fixes are required.

The ideal candidate combines strong .NET knowledge with hands-on experience in production support, SQL troubleshooting, IIS, APIs, debugging, application logs, and incident resolution.

🔵 Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production application incidents.
• Trace issues across application logs, REST APIs, databases, services, and different environments.
• Analyze application exceptions and perform root cause analysis.
• Support production deployments and validate releases after deployment.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain applications hosted on IIS.
• Execute SQL queries to investigate application and data-related issues.
• Use Visual Studio, logs, and debugging techniques to diagnose production problems.
• Work closely with software developers to resolve code-related defects.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and production behavior.
• Document incidents, findings, root causes, and solutions for future knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call production support when required.

🔵 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting .NET applications in production environments.
• Good hands-on understanding of .NET Framework and ASP.NET applications.
• Strong C# knowledge and ability to understand and troubleshoot application code.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications hosted on IIS.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data investigation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with Visual Studio debugging and log analysis.
• Good understanding of Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively with development and operations teams during production incidents.

• Experience with Azure App Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
