Role Title: Production Support (Operations) Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 Year (Extendible)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain the business operation and provide application support for Medicaid systems.

Real-time monitoring, lead incident response efforts, strengthen production reliability, and champion automation across a highly integrated healthcare technology landscape.

Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to keep systems healthy, data flowing, and controlled changes.

Real-time system monitoring & proactive incident management

Production deployment governance & operational readiness

Troubleshooting of managed file transfers, batch jobs, webservice transactions, Linux-based analysis, scripting, and automation initiatives

Cross-functional communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, SOP development, root-cause reviews, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

IBM DataPower: Advanced,

IBM Integration Bus: Advanced,

MOVEit Admin: Advanced,

SQL Query: Advanced, Splunk: Advanced

Preferred Skills: -

Strong operations or production support background, Advanced troubleshooting and RCA skills

Experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, Linux, SQL, MFT tools, IBM ESB (DataPower, ACE, MQ, WSRR), IBM DataStage and IBM DB2

Clear communicator able to bridge technical and business teams
