This role specializes in supporting technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, testing, and troubleshooting support. This role will fill a multitude of roles involving escalated client interaction, collaboration with manager to ensure continuity of work and oversight for the functional team, as well as interface with other collaborative departments as a lead product support representative within the designated SitusAMC operational structure. Essential Job Functions: Supports and drives the technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, and test support. Supports and drives client adoption of our software offering after our clients have gone into production. Executes operational and organizational strategy while improving morale and supporting client delivery relationships, in collaboration with manager. Monitor, review, and proactively manage the performance of team members to ensure that they are meeting the expected quality and productivity standards established by SitusAMC, in collaboration with manager. Work with other departments within designated SitusAMC operational structure to understand areas impacting capacity, quality and/or timelines and communicate those issue to management. Collaborate with manager to identify and assign team member assignments based on training, availability, level, location, performance, etc. Advise and collaborate with team members on product solution requirement gathering, planning, application configurations, client communication, issue prioritization, and delivery. Provide coaching and guidance to managed team members, as delegated by manager. Organize and facilitate team meetings. Provide regular updates and communications to team, management, and others within operational structure, as requested. Handle elevated situations and one-on-one conversation requests to address any concerns. Work with team and management to discuss problems or obstacles and propose solutions. Collaborate with Manager on process improvements to optimize team performance. Participate in interviews, hiring, and training team members. Build and sustain SitusAMC organizational culture. Develops and evolves knowledge of our SitusAMC software as well as the industry and client usage/processes. Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Other activities as may be assigned by your manager. Qualifications/ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide teams in collaboration with senior management. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully Works cooperatively in group situations; works actively to resolve conflicts. Displays strong customer service acumen and communication skills. Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation. Ability to work independently, follow instructions and respond to management direction. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
