Production Support Specialist

Role: Production Support Engineer – Informatica / Java

Location: Chandler, AZ preferred; Charlotte, NC considered.

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote.

Duration: 12–18 month contract.

$60/hour W2. ******Not available for C2C or 1099. Ideally targeting GC Holder or USC

• Support Informatica PowerCenter and/or DataStage applications in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, database, and performance issues and drive incidents through resolution.
• Strong Java application support experience or basic Java programming knowledge required.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL and production troubleshooting required.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, Unix, or monitoring/workflow tools is a plus.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams on incidents, releases, and root-cause analysis.
