Our PROfessional Recruiter role is responsible to work directly with PROMAN’s clients to understand their direct hire staffing needs, sourcing/screening candidates to the requirements and expectation of our client. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, branch network and job candidates. Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic objectives and hiring needs. Design a recruiting strategy to attract the best candidates for client’s open opportunity. Fully vet candidates for client’s open position. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. Coordinate interviews between client & candidate, ensuring qualification align with position expectations and requirements. Conducts interviews of candidates to assess skill sets, personality, and job search criteria. Debriefs clients and candidates after interviews to assess the fit between the two parties. Negotiates the terms of the offer between the two parties and establishes timelines for resignation and start date. Manage job postings on all job boards i.e., LinkedIn and Indeed. Actively source candidates for all open roles as assigned. Identify potential clients by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities. Skill market pipeline candidates to prospective clients. Keep client/candidate files updated. Accountable to providing accurate reporting of KPI’s and candidate/order tracking to management. Documents all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS and CRM systems. Requirements Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3-5 years of direct hire recruiting experience across industrial and business professional industries. Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Impeccable time management skills. 2-4 years’ experience consultative selling to prospective clients. Past involvement in organized sports, military, or similarly structured competitive environments. Ability to work independently and keeping on task in a remote position. Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred; PRC would be advantageous. Proficient use of recruiting tools (ATS, Microsoft TEAMs, Calendly, boolean) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to consistently meet KPIs as they relate to recruiting activity. Job Requirements Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. Organization and attention to detail. Able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner without being unduly influenced by intense emotions. Data Entry Skills. Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using other standard office equipment. Skills & Abilities Good basic math skills. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Must demonstrate strong customer service orientation. Must be detail and results oriented. Excellent communication (listening, speaking, writing) & diplomacy skills. Results oriented, knowing when to act and when to seek guidance or permission.
