What you'll be doing as a Professional Services Engineer: The Professional Services Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects for Server at Work clients. This position provides hands-on exposure to managed IT services, project implementation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and business technology consulting among many other lines of business. You will work alongside system administrators, our professional services, and other teams to assist with client hardware needs, client onboarding, system deployments, implementations, technical documentation, inventory management, and project coordination assistance, as well as other items as required from time to time by the company and management.
