INNERGY is transforming the woodworking industry with purpose built, cloud based ERP software designed exclusively for custom manufacturers. Our platform helps businesses operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently while seamlessly connecting design, production, and delivery for teams creating architectural millwork, cabinetry, and casework. What truly sets INNERGY apart is our people. Founded in 2016, we are a globally distributed team of 200 plus professionals united by deep software expertise and a shared passion for solving meaningful, real world problems. We value collaboration, creativity, and ownership, and we are intentional about building not only powerful products, but also a culture where people feel supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work. With strong momentum and the recent acquisition of Microvellum, a trusted leader in design to manufacturing solutions for the woodworking industry, INNERGY is entering an exciting new phase of growth. This combination expands our capabilities, deepens our industry impact, and accelerates our vision of delivering a truly connected, end to end platform for custom manufacturers. As we scale thoughtfully and bring together top talent and new perspectives, this is a unique opportunity to join a company where your work will have visible impact, your ideas will help shape decisions, and your contributions will play a meaningful role in defining the future of a fast evolving product, team, and industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Professional Services Specialist (Engineering) to support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design. In this role, you will help clients configure, build, validate, and maintain their engineering libraries, ensuring they can fully leverage these solutions for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will work directly with clients to guide them through best practices, conduct regular check-ins, and provide targeted support so they can maximize value from their engineering libraries. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress and challenges with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design. Ask industry-specific questions that help clients refine their engineering libraries for greater accuracy and usability. Library Configuration & Validation: Assist clients in creating and validating engineering libraries, including product data, machining rules, and design standards. In some cases, work directly on client libraries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for production use. Training & Support: Provide one-on-one support and guidance on using Toolbox and Design libraries effectively. Partner with the Content Creation team to help prioritize training materials and documentation that support client learning. Tailored Assistance: Adapt your approach to meet the needs of clients at varying technical skill levels, offering additional guidance where needed to ensure successful adoption of Toolbox and Design workflows. Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the onboarding and validation process. Document progress, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuity within the broader support team. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges related to library setup, configuration, or usage. Collaborate with clients to implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency in their engineering workflows. Continuous Improvement: Share client feedback and recurring issues with the development and content teams to improve library management strategies and the overall client experience. Experience in a similar role, preferably within CAD/CAM, engineering software, or the architectural millwork industry. Familiarity with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Design, or other AutoCAD-based design/manufacturing solutions strongly preferred. Strong understanding of engineering libraries, including configuration, validation, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, including to clients with varying levels of computer skills. Experience providing client training and support, both in-person and virtually. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Patient, empathetic, and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering measurable value. Accessibility & Work Environment INNERGY is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible work environment. We support reasonable workplace adjustments for individuals with disability in accordance with applicable Australian laws. If you require adjustments during the recruitment process or in your role, please let us know. This role is primarily computer-based and may involve extended screen time and regular communication through digital channels. Work may be performed in a remote or office-based environment, depending on role and location. INNERGY is committed to supporting employee wellbeing, flexibility, and a safe working environment across all regions.
