Our work sits between business and the public interest, between the evolving demands of industry and the standards that make trust possible. Investigations Execution: Coordinate and support investigation files, tracking activities, budgets, deadlines, and case progress. Prepare, organize, and manage legal and committee materials for investigations and Professional Conduct Committee proceedings. Liaise with investigators, counsel, members, and internal stakeholders to facilitate meetings, communications, and file administration. Maintain investigator records and support evidence review, document management, reporting, and investigation-related research activities. Provide advanced document production, records management, and cross-functional administrative support to the investigations team. Budget, Finance and Statistical Analysis: Track and administer investigation, discipline, and legal proceeding costs, invoices, accruals, and payment processes. Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, cost recovery documentation, and departmental reporting. Analyze and report on key performance indicators, caseload metrics, and operational trends. Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities to inform decision-making and resource management. Experience in investigative or forensic accounting, regulatory matters, or a legal environment is preferred.
