Program Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Program Analyst who will join a project for our client in the banking industry.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week spent working from the client's office in Warsaw.

What you will do:

• Support Program Managers in maintaining, updating, and quality-checking program materials, presentations, and facilitator guides, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, policies, and branding guidelines.
• Administer surveys, collect participant feedback, and prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support program evaluation.
• Coordinate logistics for internal faculty and external speakers, including scheduling, communication, and distribution of facilitation materials.
• Draft and distribute participant communications, including invitations, pre-work, reminders, and post-program resources.
• Support vendor administration activities, including invoice processing, purchase order tracking, onboarding coordination, and budget monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation, track action items, and update program timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Serve as a point of contact for LMS coordination, partnering with internal teams to support enrollments, learner tracking, and issue resolution.

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or a related field.
• Experience supporting learning programs and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and professional stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with survey data and program metrics using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a strong customer-service orientation and a focus on continuous process improvement.
