Job Summary Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level Role Summary Senior analytical resource responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, identifying risks, and recommending improvements across ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization activities. Key Responsibilities under ORIS PWS Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes. Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations and effectively manipulate data to present program status Make recommendations on improving business processes. Demonstrate understanding of Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams. Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance and support development of executive-level metrics and dashboards Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness Primary Responsibilities Pending - see attached job description. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles Desired Qualifications Direct experience with EIWMP, IDI, or VIC Experience producing reports for VA senior leadership Strong data visualization and storytelling skills About Aptive About Aptive.
