Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Division of Education and Training at The Fenway Institute (TFI-DET) serves as the Capacity Building Provider (CBP) for the Street Medicine Interventions for People with HIV who are Unsheltered initiative. This initiative is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through a four-year national cooperative agreement (2025-2029) to identify existing innovative interventions, implement the interventions at nine Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)-funded sites, provide technical assistance (TA) to support implementation at the sites, and develop accessible dissemination products to promote the replication and scale-up of the interventions in HIV service delivery organizations nationally. TFI-DET will collaborate with an Evaluation Provider (EP), which has a separate cooperative agreement from HRSA to manage the evaluation component of the project. Function: Working closely with the Project Manager, and under the supervision of the Project Director, the Program Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in providing implementation support to the nine demonstration sites, including taking and editing notes, scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, performing site visits, monitoring site performance, tracking TA requests, facilitating meetings, and conducting TA as needed following the established TA framework. The Program Coordinator will assist with the planning and implementation of the bi-annual, in-person, demonstration site convenings that bring together staff from all nine sites and from the CBP, EP, HRSA, and other project partners. The Program Coordinator will also contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and training materials. This position is funded through a federal cooperative agreement. This position is currently supported through July 31, 2027, with the potential for extension pending additional funding. Representative Duties: Provides Technical Assistance and Site Support Schedules meetings with funded sites Assists with note taking and editing notes Coordinates communication with funded sites and project partners Tracks notes and reports, ensures they are completed on time and uploaded to Microsoft Teams Assists with facilitating meetings and writing reports Tracks all TA requests and works with other staff to facilitate delivery of TA Collaborates with team members to develop and make available toolkits, issue briefs, other online and print materials for training and technical assistance activities Assists with Planning and Implementation of Demonstration Site Convenings Assists with the planning subcommittee responsible for the development of the twice-yearly, two-day, in-person agenda centering peer-to-peer learning and training from community and academic experts Coordinates details relating to the agenda, event space, supplies, printing, and other logistics Identifies and reaches out to faculty and other external trainers for their participation Facilitates peer-to-peer learning opportunities throughout meetings Meets Agency Participatory Expectations Adheres to all agency and departmental policies and procedures Participates in quality assessment and improvement activities as requested Adheres to established safety policies, procedures, and precautions Attends all required meetings, in-services, and professional trainings Maintains professional competence necessary to perform job responsibilities; maintains and provides agency with records of continuing education activities Serves on agency committees and in professional organizations when requested Maintains own professional growth Enhances current knowledge of HIV intervention strategies and implementation by reading medical journals, articles, and other publications, attending conferences, seminars, forums, trainings, and other available presentations Performs other related duties as required Requirements Bachelor's degree At least two years of project coordinator experience Demonstrated excellence in time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize assigned duties Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to work East Coast hours, regardless of home state Demonstrated competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to work independently and in small groups Ability to travel across the country for site visits, convenings, and project planning meetings (approximately 12 trips per year) Knowledge of and sensitivity to diverse communities, particularly Black, Indigenous and People of Color and LGBTQIA+ communities Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse work staff preferred Experience working in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program settings LGBTQ-identified persons and persons of color are strongly encouraged to apply Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations: Sit at a computer station for extended periods of time Ability to type on a keyboard for extended periods of time ds of time We offer competitive salaries, and for those who qualify, an excellent benefits package; including comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans, and a retirement plan with employer match.
