You will report to the VP, Provider Network Operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading the development, and communication of the Provider Network Operations strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and annual business objectives
Driving cross-functional initiatives that improve provider data quality, provider experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes across Provider Network Operations and partner organizations
Identifying, prioritizing, and advancing transformation opportunities through process redesign, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies
Translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and governance processes that drive execution and accountability
Establishing performance measures and reporting mechanisms to monitor strategic initiative progress, operational effectiveness, and value realization
Engaging project and process management resources, as needed, to support large-scale strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts
Developing executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations to inform decision-making and highlight strategic progress, risks, and opportunities
Key Partnerships
You will collaborate closely with leaders across Provider Network Operations, Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Provider Relations, Market Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external vendor partners to advance strategic priorities and operational transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, program leadership, or a related discipline
Healthcare experience
Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence, with a proven ability to assess complex business challenges and develop scalable solutions
Experience presenting to senior executives
Experience driving results in a complex environment
Experience building collaborative relationships and leading organizational change initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within healthcare operations, provider network management, provider lifecycle management, or managed care organizations.
Experience leading digital transformation, process optimization, AI, automation, or operational excellence initiatives
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other relevant certification
Experience partnering with technology and product teams to deliver innovative business solutions
Knowledge of provider data management, provider onboarding, credentialing, contracting, or provider service operations.
Additional Information
This position will be on CST or EST hours.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$138,900 - $191,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
