A new leadership fellowship at the intersection of human and planetary health, designed to exponentially increase the coordinated, systemic impact of exceptional leaders.
About us: Unlocking Eve and our co-founders
Unlocking Eve is a Swiss-based global non-profit dedicated to transforming leadership for the 21st century. We believe that solving humanity's most complex challenges - from healthcare and education to climate and social equity - requires a new kind of leader: one who can make hard decisions while preserving trust. It means driving growth while strengthening culture. It means leading with both precision and presence. It means having both individual agency and shared responsibility to make a broader positive impact.
Through pioneering research, innovative leadership programs and diagnostic, AI-powered learning, and global communities of practice, we are building the science and practice of Integrated Leadership. Our mission is to unlock 100 million leaders by making transformational leadership development accessible, measurable, and scalable.
Unlocking Eve was co-founded by Eva McLellan and Kaye Vitug, whose partnership exemplifies the philosophy they teach: the Power of Two. Together, they bring decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 healthcare, global strategy, finance, organizational transformation, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Their work has reached leaders across multiple continents and has been featured at global forums including the World Economic Forum, where they continue to advance a movement toward more integrated, human-centered leadership.
Leveraging our unique background and convening power, we are bringing together leading-edge thinkers, practitioners, and funders across business, philanthropy, academia and civil society with the capabilities to accelerate the potential of our fellows and shepherd world-changing solutions.
Joining Unlocking Eve is an opportunity to do more than build a fellowship, you're building a movement. As a small, entrepreneurial organization, every team member has the opportunity to shape strategy, create new ideas, work alongside visionary partners, and contribute to research and innovations that have the potential to influence how leaders are developed around the world. If you are energized by purpose, thrive in ambiguity, and want your work to create lasting impact for future generations, we'd love to meet you.
The opportunity: A new kind of leadership era
Most leadership fellowships are stuck in the past. They focus on individual achievements in isolated silos, missing the bigger picture. They don’t train leaders to fix broken and fractured systems or coordinate real-world action.
It’s time to rethink what a fellowship can achieve.
