Why your role matters The Program Implementation Manager leads strategic relationships and drives the execution of custom executive education programs for corporate and government clients. Working across internal teams and external stakeholders, the role oversees program governance, project planning, learner engagement, and delivery to ensure solutions are on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual goals. Additionally, the Manager leverages client insights and partners with leadership to enhance AGSM’s product offerings, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth. About the Role The successful applicant will be required to undertake and have experience in the following areas of expertise: Drive end-to-end management of custom learning portfolios, handling scheduling, weekly reporting, and serving as the primary client contact to ensure seamless program execution. Deliver high-touch customer service and exceptional learning experiences tailored to meet specific corporate upskilling and workforce strategy needs. Establish strong client relationships to proactively navigate organizational constraints, manage project risks, and implement robust governance practices. Coordinate core project lifecycle activities, including dependency mapping, change management, and resource allocation to support operational excellence. Monitor learner engagement, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to resolve delivery challenges and drive impactful learning outcomes. Partner with the Head of Product and Program Implementation to share client insights, refine program quality, and identify growth opportunities for repeat business. About You Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with proven project management experience across the full project lifecycle. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities across all organizational levels. Sound understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking procedures. Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle), and Wrike project management software. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, exercise initiative, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while committing to university values and health and safety policies.
