This is a chance to make a real impact by leveraging your experience in client relationships, delivery excellence, and governance to create immersive client value at Mantel. In this role, you will lead the delivery of a strategic program for a single client, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our long-standing client relationship through successful project outcomes. You’ll ensure Mantel is positioned as a partner of choice by overseeing multiple technology-based projects in Digital, Cloud, Data, and Security solutions. Key attributes: Proven experience in technology transformation and managing complex programs with multiple projects and dependencies. Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at the Executive, CxO, and Board level. Expertise in delivery leadership, working with teams to execute projects alongside blended client/Mantel teams. Governance expertise, managing client expectations, risks, and change, while working with the Client Engagement Principal and Strategic Account Principal to ensure reporting and governance are aligned. Ability to build trusted relationships across Mantel and the client’s environment. Ownership of large technology programs, ensuring client timelines and business value are met from start to finish. As a Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with a Client Engagement Principal and a Strategic Account Principal to drive success across the client's projects. Use professional judgement while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion, and a demonstrated ability to display our Mantel principles What you’ll need to be successful: Experienced in engaging senior and executive stakeholders (EM, GM, CxO level). Focused on delivering extraordinary outcomes, while remaining commercially aware of future opportunities. Extensive consulting and delivery experience, with a proven track record leading technical services programs. Skilled at managing multiple projects and solving complex client problems with cross-functional teams. Adept in leadership teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and account planning. Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of navigating different organisational levels. Proactive in addressing challenges and identifying solutions to ensure program success. Committed to building strong relationships with Mantel and client teams, ensuring governance is effective and transparent.
