Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple accounts and oversee all of the onboardings under those accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations, client management and client facing written and spoken communication, onboarding and offboarding processes, escalation management, and exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP). This role requires a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand the client's needs and objectives to provide strategic solutions.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations related to the account including but not limited to onboarding processes, adherence to client specific processes, overall ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Work with leadership to Implement and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Client Onboarding and Offboarding

• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring all procedures are followed and client data is securely handled.

Escalation Management:

• Act as the escalation point for any issues or conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP)

• Leverage VMS and MSP tools to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all VMS/MSP requirements and standards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of onboarding coordinator, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, with a focus on operations and client management:
• Proven experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
