The selected candidate will oversee the project from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, risks, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations. Required Skills 7–8+ years of Program/Project Management experience Experience leading legacy system migration, refactoring, or application modernization projects Strong knowledge of Application Architecture, Refactoring, Re-architecting, and Rebuilding Strategies Experience with Cloud Technologies, Microservices, and modern DevOps practices Experience with Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other Project & Portfolio Management tools Strong experience in project planning, risk management, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication Ability to lead cross-functional teams across development, operations, security, and business units Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business PMP or PMI-ACP certification required (Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus) Preferred Skills Experience managing enterprise .NET application modernization projects Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience managing technical debt, integration challenges, and modernization initiatives Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Primary Skills Program Management, PMP, PMI-ACP, Application Modernization, Legacy System Migration, Refactoring, Re-architecting, .NET Applications, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Cloud Technologies, Microservices, DevOps, Application Architecture, Risk Management, Scope Management, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Agile, Scrum.
