We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of strategic programs across engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate has strong program management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional programs
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Facilitate program governance, status reporting, and executive communications
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and proactively manage issues
• Track program KPIs and drive continuous process improvemen
• Manage project plans using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and business objectives
• Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies where applicable
• Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes or technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fields
• 8+ years of Program or Technical Program Management experience
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilies
• Experience managing risks, budgets, timelines, and dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise software delivery
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
