We are seeking organized, proactive, and mission-driven individuals to join our team as Program Manager Interns.
Role Overview
As a Program Manager Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Wale Lab programs and initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership, coordination, innovation, education, and organizational growth. You will gain hands-on experience managing real projects and collaborating with teams across different initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and coordinating programs, trainings, webinars, fellowships, and innovation initiatives
• Support communication and follow-up with mentors, participants, speakers, and partners
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
• Help organize documentation, reports, meeting notes, and program resources
• Assist in monitoring participant engagement and program progress
• Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination activities across various initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving operations and impact
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Zoho, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools
• Interest in leadership, education, innovation, research, or startup ecosystems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
