Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Program Manager for Hospice and Palliative Care in La Crosse, WI. This is an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, community stakeholders, and leadership to identify and implement operational efficiencies within the Hospice and Palliative Care service line.
