Program Manager

Job Description: Oversee delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing issues. Ensure exceptional delivery results by managing project performance, timelines, and budgets while addressing complex problems and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement migration plans. Develop and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards to enhance project success and delivery. Qualifications: CI/CD Agile/scrum Waterfall Good to have Fintech and/or Banking project management experience Good to have Scrum Master certified or higher Good to have PMP certification or equivalent Can work ONSITE (Ortigas)
