We hire the best to provide the best service. Le'Fant is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal mission focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. Responsibilities include program oversight, stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, process improvement, reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has experience managing federal programs and coordinating multiple priorities in a complex, mission-driven environment. What You'll Do: Lead program management activities for assigned federal programs, ensuring objectives, requirements, priorities, and deliverables are effectively executed. Support strategic planning and policy development by researching existing guidance, identifying gaps, and recommending new or revised policies, procedures, and program approaches. Oversee program operations and performance, evaluate outcomes, identify issues, and coordinate with internal and external organizations and federal agencies. Manage and track program reporting requirements to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of recurring and ad hoc reports, deliverables, and required documentation. Analyze program data and develop standardized and ad hoc reports to support program oversight and policy decision-making. Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and implementation of quality assurance policies, procedures, monitoring processes, and reports. Provide leadership and oversight of program staff, including workload coordination, performance monitoring, and day-to-day management. Support contract administration and coordinate contract-related requirements, deliverables, documentation, and performance. Coordinate meetings and working groups, including agendas, materials, action items, rosters, schedules, and suspense logs. Maintain program documentation, records, and knowledge repositories in accordance with applicable DoD policies and records management requirements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to strengthen program performance, processes, capabilities, and service delivery. Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. All work must be performed within the United States. Must be able to successfully complete a DoD background security investigation. Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree PMP certified (active) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience overseeing or managing large-scale programs. 5+ years of experience overseeing or managing staff and personnel. Hands-on experience with contract administration. Experience with and knowledge of DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Important Additional Information: This role is contingent upon contract award. We are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Position duties, work location, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted to align with final contract requirements and labor category determinations at the time of award. Pay Transparency There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00
