About The Role

Support a portfolio of business-solution initiatives across HR, Legal, CSR, and Content & Communications functions, working across projects of varying business and technical complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery across a portfolio of projects spanning HR, Legal, CSR, and Content & Communications.
Apply PMO/PMF methodology and governance standards consistently across projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders across functions.
Balance competing priorities across projects with differing complexity and stakeholder groups.
Report on project status, risks, and progress in line with program governance expectations.

Requirements

Senior level Program/ Project Management experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience managing HR-related projects
Proven expertise with the EU legislation (e.g. the EU Pay Transparency Directive) or similar HR compliance/regulatory implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying business and technical complexity.
Experience with HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors and finance-system integration experience strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

Previous experience on IT/Digital Services projects.
Familiarity with PMO/PMF methodology, or demonstrated fast ramp-up ability on a comparable enterprise PM framework.
French language proficiency preferred.
