How you’ll shape our program management practices: Program Leadership and Execution Independently lead medium-to-large cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery with limited oversight. Translate program objectives into integrated plans, milestones, deliverables, success measures, and clear ownership. Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams and relevant partners in Product, Design, Security, Data, Customer Operations, Go-to-Market, and other functions. Manage schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, resources, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments. Apply an Agile mindset to deliver value iteratively, adapt plans as information changes, and keep teams focused on agreed outcomes. Partner with managers and senior managers on program priorities, trade-offs, readiness, and delivery outcomes. Cross-Functional Alignment and Influence Build productive relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, and partner functions. Facilitate program discussions and decisions by clarifying options, trade-offs, risks, and delivery impacts. Create clear communications that summarize program status, progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and next steps. Coordinate escalation and follow-up to remove barriers and reinforce accountability. Influence without direct authority and maintain shared ownership across program teams and stakeholders. Risk, Dependency, and Delivery Management Identify and track program risks, cross-team dependencies, resource constraints, technical issues, and readiness concerns. Develop mitigation and contingency actions with accountable owners and target dates. Resolve delivery issues through structured problem-solving, coordinated follow-up, and timely escalation when needed. Maintain an integrated view of scope, schedule, dependencies, quality, readiness, and delivery progress. Drive accountability for commitments while balancing competing priorities and adapting plans to changing conditions. Maintain program documentation and ensure decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies remain visible and current. Agile Delivery and Process Improvement Apply Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative planning, based on program and team needs. Support regular delivery of customer and business value through transparent plans, incremental roadmaps, dependency management, and review. Reinforce effective team practices related to flow, feedback, planning, accountability, and continuous learning. Identify recurring execution gaps and contribute practical improvements to planning, communication, tooling, metrics, and delivery processes. Share lessons learned and useful approaches with teams and other Program Managers. Team Process Contribution Contribute ideas and feedback that improve program execution and team processes. Participate in continuous improvement activities within Technical Operations. Experience we feel will set you up for success: Typically 6+ years of progressive program, project delivery, or technical operations experience, including ownership of cross-functional technical initiatives. Demonstrated success independently leading medium-to-large technical programs involving multiple teams and business stakeholders with limited oversight. Proven ability to build program plans, coordinate multiple teams, manage schedules, dependencies and risks, and drive accountability for delivery. Strong experience partnering with technical and business stakeholders, including managers and senior managers, and communicating program information clearly. Strong proficiency in program planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management, governance, metrics, communications, and delivery execution. Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with practical experience using Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, or hybrid delivery models. Ability to apply fit-for-purpose delivery methods, support team flow and feedback, and improve predictability, quality, and customer value. Experience leading technology programs involving software platforms, cloud services, data, integrations, security, infrastructure, digital transformation, or comparable technical domains.
