1. About Our Client:

It addresses challenges related to access and support for patients, particularly those with rare diseases, by connecting individuals with therapies, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources. The organization supports a growing pharmacy services business dedicated to pioneering care approaches for rare disease therapies, emphasizing compassion and access to emerging treatments.


2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager leads a rare disease therapy program, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and management of assigned programs. This role serves as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, balancing broad strategic oversight with detailed operational management. The position contributes to program success by coordinating stakeholders, driving improvements, and maintaining alignment with both business goals and client commitments.


3. Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert knowledge of program requirements, processes, and therapeutic areas

• Stay current with treatment trends and industry standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to launch new programs and update processes

• Monitor operational health metrics and identify trends

• Lead and participate in program-related meetings across leadership levels

• Enforce procedures to ensure service quality meets client expectations

• Assist in developing quality assurance guidelines

• Engage leadership to foster quality performance and accountability

• Monitor program costs and revenue where applicable

• Manage program communications professionally and timely

• Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary

• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for program roles

• Advise leadership on staffing needs using workforce management tools

• Develop and maintain program-specific business rules and workflows

• Coordinate communication and training for program updates

• Provide requirements for system enhancements to improve performance

• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and coordinate with peer supervisors


4. Requirements:

• Ability to manage operational aspects of complex healthcare programs

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience with program metrics and quality assurance

• Capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Competence in workforce management and staffing planning


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
