Overview Genesys is seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Specialist, SCO Operations to support operational programs, business processes, reporting, and organizational initiatives across the Solution Consulting organization. As a member of the Solution Consulting Operations team, you will coordinate operational programs, maintain reporting and KPI processes, support organizational initiatives, and contribute to improving operational consistency across regional and global teams. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed effectively, operational data is accurate, and business priorities are supported through scalable processes and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with analytical thinking, enjoys improving how work gets done, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Program & Operational Support Coordinate operational programs, organizational initiatives, and recurring business activities across the Solution Consulting organization Support planning, execution, and tracking of operational initiatives, enablement programs, partner activities, and cross-functional workstreams Maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, documentation, and centralized repositories to support program execution Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, communications, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and team Reporting & Business Operations Support recurring KPI tracking, operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and business review activities Collect, validate, organize, and maintain operational data from multiple stakeholders and business systems Prepare leadership presentations, operational updates, and reporting materials that provide visibility into organizational performance Support ad hoc reporting requests and operational initiatives while ensuring accuracy and consistency Success Measures / Key Performance Indicators Timely completion of assigned operational programs, projects, and deliverable Accuracy and timeliness of recurring reports, dashboards, and operational updates Quality, consistency, and organization of maintained documentation and operational assets Responsiveness to stakeholder requests and effectiveness of cross-functional coordination Consistent execution of reporting, program management, and operational processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2–4 years of experience supporting business operations, program coordination, project management, or operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting sales, presales, customer success, or other customer-facing organizations Experience supporting KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, or operational reporting activities Experience working within global organizations and coordinating across multiple time zones Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
