We are seeking an experienced Support Officer to join our clients' Programme Administration and Support Unit. In this role, you will play a key operational part in managing the end-to-end administrative processes - from application intake and financial document checks to CRM data management and compliance reporting - ensuring their programmes operate at the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme & Grant Administration: Oversee administrative workflows across application intake, eligibility checks, financial verification, appraisal support and contracting, ensuring it meets programme guidelines.
  • Data Quality & CRM: Input, maintain, and audit high-volume data across platforms (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, custom databases), running routine reconciliations and performance monitoring reports.
  • Process Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate directly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and administrative process enhancements. Identify system bottlenecks and report technical issues.
  • Stakeholder & Operational Support: Act as a key point of contact for beneficiary queries, inter-departmental units and external partners. Provide training support, event logistics and high-level administrative backup across the unit.

What We Are Looking For

To keep up with the technical and fast-paced nature of our clients' programmes, we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ Years of Core Administration Experience
  • A proven track record handling complex administrative systems, application workflows or grant management in a structured environment.
  • Hands-on experience working extensively with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or equivalent enterprise CRMs), SharePoint, and database management.
  • Demonstrated experience verifying financial documents, verifying application criteria, and identifying reporting discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical ability to check system accuracy, reconcile conflicting data sets and assist with process testing (UAT).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide external partners through application guidelines and technical queries clearly.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office certification (ECDL/ICDL or equivalent) validated to QQI Level 6 minimum.

Remuneration:

Annual Salary: €33,500, (pro rated for duration of contract). Hourly rate of approx. €18.40.
