Responsibilities Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, and DOOH. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI. Conduct audience segmentation and data-driven targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness. Oversee real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplace (PMP) deals, and programmatic guaranteed buys. Work with ad exchanges, third-party data providers, and verification partners to ensure campaign success. Collaborate with internal teams to align programmatic buys with overall marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech developments, and privacy regulations. Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying. Proficiency with one of the major DSPs (Basis, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.). Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
