Programme Manager

Are you ready to be part of an exciting project which will provide positive outcomes to adults we support in our communities and do you already have experience working in Adult Social Care and have a good understanding of the Care Act 2014 and the NHSE Continuing Healthcare Framework? If so, then this job is for you. We are looking for a Project Manager who will be working in Adult Social Care & Health (ASCH) to establish if adults we currently support could be eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC). You will be working alongside existing staff within the ASCH CHC team and be part of a strategic project board. The postholder will support ASCH staff in their understanding of the NHSE CHC Framework, offer advice and guidance, attend internal dispute meetings and be able to advocate as to why an adult would be eligible. You will also be part of the strategic CHC Project Board, chaired by the Assistant Director for Operations and be part of a positive change for adults in our communities. We are looking for candidates who: Have organisational skills Have the ability to present complex information clearly verbally and in writing in a variety of formats in a wide range of settings, including preparation and presentation of reports to a wide range of stakeholders Have knowledge of relevant departmental services in relation to project, including knowledge of relevant legislation and policy Can write and edit reports Has a Full driving licence or the ability to demonstrate how meet the travel requirements of the role Please download the Job Description and Person Specification for more information.
