With five medical helicopters*, we transport critically injured or ill patients from 23 surrounding counties to receive the advanced care they need. Job Summary Under direct supervision of the members of the ambulatory leadership team, coordinates/facilitates project/program procedures and supports project details through to completion. Serves as liaison to the ambulatory leaders on special projects as assigned. Responsibility for facilitation of all aspects of the project over its entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar with project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital Qualifications Required Skills Associates degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or closely related field, with six to seven years of experience in project facilitation. Bachelor's degree preferred. Healthcare Experience Required Radiation Oncology Experience preferred Dara Reporting Experience required Excel Proficiency required VISIO Experience required EPIC Experience required Power Point Experience required and ability to create presentations for Radiation Oncology leadership team.
