Project-Based Data Management Specialist (HubSpot)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to help us complete a time-sensitive data cleanup and management project. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, catches inconsistencies, thinks critically, and can work independently with minimal training. Key Responsibilities Review, clean, organize, and update data in HubSpot Verify records and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information Review deals, contacts, and related data for accuracy Identify discrepancies and independently research errors Correct data issues and maintain accurate, consistent records Complete assigned data projects accurately and within deadlines Identify potential data problems and recommend solutions Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research errors Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong follow-through and ability to see tasks through to completion Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision Proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly Highly organized and dependable Project Details Project duration: Approximately 30 days Project-based role with the possibility of longer-term work for the right candidate Why Join Us Remote-friendly role Work directly with a Hawaii-based company Competitive project-based compensation Opportunity for longer-term work based on performance and business needs Fast-paced environment where your work directly supports business decisions Apply Now!
