Working with the founding team of Lowtide Labs. How Lowtide are looking for the person they hire next.

Lowtide make regenerative personal care products and living systems that sit between skincare, material science and urban ecology. They have user tested formulations, pilots underway and real press coverage. What they want now is to grow it and to build a brand presence that matches.

That is the question you would work on. What a community around this could be for, what they say and where they say it and what someone could join rather than just buy.

If your first instinct is something they would never have thought of themselves, that is exactly what they want to read.

Where it can lead

Lowtide are a founding team who need people. They chose this route because they would rather meet someone through how they think than through a CV. Do strong work here and it opens a reference and a real hiring conversation about joining them.

How it runs

• Starts 27 August 2026, fully remote
• Measured by milestones
• Written feedback every week from founders, not a programme manager
• The opportunity to pitch live at the end
• No fee to take part

Who this is for

• Based in the UK, London preferred
• Current Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Masters, PHD or WITHIN two years of graduating.
• Early in a brand, content, social or marketing career. Early is a good thing here, not a gap!
• No biodesign or science background needed

We care much more about how someone thinks than what their CV says.
