What You'll Do Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Analyze project performance, cost drivers, and variances Support capital planning and budget development for project portfolios Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards Help construction teams make informed decisions through data-driven analysis Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, estimators, engineers, and contractors Support staffing and resource planning initiatives within construction operations What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years of Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Cost Management, or Construction Finance experience Experience supporting construction projects ranging from approximately $200K to $1M+ Strong Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP INDEX MATCH Financial analysis and reporting Experience with: Procore Bluebeam Why Join? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.16/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
