Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator III with a strong background in AI-powered workflows, automation, and project coordination to support the development and maintenance of internal Nest and Hatch web platforms. This role focuses on leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate production, automate workflows, coordinate cross-functional project activities, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience using AI development assistants while working closely with content producers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Nest and Hatch web platforms that provide project updates, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
• Use approved AI coding tools (Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, and similar tools) to build features, submit code changes (diffs), and improve development workflows.
• Coordinate project workstreams across developers, content producers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain automation workflows connecting internal CMS systems with project tracking platforms.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions for code generation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams to enhance internal tools and websites.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure accessibility for project stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance, validate data accuracy, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support onboarding and adoption of AI tools and internal workflows for project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application development, AI-assisted development, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar LLM-based development assistants.
• Experience submitting code changes (diffs) and participating in code review workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining web applications or internal sites.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Experience integrating AI into development workflows and production operations.
• Familiarity with project management systems and production tooling.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI-driven "vibe coding," prompt engineering, and AI code generation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation architecture, system integrations, workflows, triggers, and data flows.
• Experience coordinating projects involving external development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX, interaction design, or digital product design.
• Entertainment, streaming, or media production industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
