Project Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our teams with day-to-day project activities. You will help coordinate tasks, timelines, meetings, and communication to keep projects moving forward. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in project management. Responsibilities Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Organize meetings and prepare agendas and documentation. Maintain project documentation and status updates. Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines. Coordinate communication between project stakeholders. Help prepare project reports and presentations. Track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks. Assist with improving project processes and workflows. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good English communication skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com , or similar tools. Basic understanding of Agile or project management methodologies. Previous experience supporting software or technology projects. Experience working with remote or international teams.
