Apply Job Type Full-time Description Job Overview Summary The Project Coordinator I provides essential support to project managers and security teams by assisting in the administrative and logistical aspects of security projects. This entry-level role ensures project plans are on track and coordinates day-to-day activities to support project completion. The Project Coordinator I acts as a liaison, enabling clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients. What you’ll be doing (and doing well!): Assist in planning and scheduling security project tasks, timelines, and milestones. Provide administrative support to project managers, such as preparing project documents and tracking progress. Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. Maintain records of project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for the project team. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. What we Like about you: A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude Typically 1-2 years of administrative or project support experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of project management tools and methods. Ability to work in a team and follow structured processes. Pay Transparency Statement The base salary range for this role is $50,500 - $81,600. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
