The Project Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the NZ Project Service Group, enabling project managers and engineers to focus on delivery and client engagement. The role is based in Manila and is responsible for coordinating project information, tracking progress against program and budget, supporting commercial and quality processes, and facilitating smooth communication across multi-disciplinary teams. Position Responsibilities include (but not limited to) Assist ing Project Managers in the running of projects Coordinat ing timely delivery of technical projects Preparing monthly project forecasts Analys ing project performance Assist ing with problem-solving Updat ing resourcing schedules Prepar ing detailed reports or sections of reports Overs eeing project document control Organising meetings, recording and sharing actions What can you bring to the team?
