Additional activities include meeting set-up, meeting notes with action items and decision tracking. Tracking and reporting budget/hours on project. Lead status activities with multiple business units related to assigned tasks. Support Project Manager. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience 5+ years managing project plans in MS Project, Oracle Fusion, Plan View 5+ years facilitating and recording meeting minutes 3+ years in a Healthcare industry Required Skills/Experience Current experience with - Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Coordinator of more than one project Preferred Skills/Experience Process Specialist with Visio experience PMP Certificate Strong Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation development Health Insurance operations knowledge Vendor relationship knowledge Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.
