About the role: Denver, CO We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple engineering and capital projects by managing project documentation, work orders, purchase orders, budgets, and project tracking activities. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP. Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams. Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution. Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools. Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities. Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information. Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking. Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Engineering Support, or a related field.
