We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Data Analyst to support project teams by transforming data into actionable insights. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy combining project management and data analysis to help drive better decisions in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze project-related data to support reporting and decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for project tracking and performance measurement
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Monitor project KPIs and highlight trends, risks, or opportunities for improvement
• Assist in ad-hoc data requests and analysis for ongoing projects
• Document data sources, analysis methods, and reporting processes
• Support efforts to improve project data quality and reporting efficiency

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior (0–3+ years experience, internships included)
• Experience in data analysis, project coordination, or related roles
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
