Role Description The Project Executive is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and executing field marketing projects for WINICE. This hybrid position is based in Yogyakarta, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, managing logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and overseeing the deployment and maintenance of promotional materials. The Project Executive monitors project progress, resolves operational issues, and ensures campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. The role also involves reporting on project performance, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in marketing or brand activation, with a solid understanding of field marketing, promotional activities, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in communication and stakeholder management, able to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms) to track and report project status.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Yogyakarta, including on-site field work and remote coordination as needed.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of solving operational challenges quickly and independently.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in project or campaign execution.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits, activations, and client meetings when required.
