About the role As a VeroTech project expert, you lead product development projects for energy conversion solutions from concept and lab prototype through to series production. You work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment where technical design, industrialisation, supply chain, sales processes and aftermarket support come together. You act as Project Team Manager , coordinating cross-functional teams and project engineers across local and international facilities. You align decisions with stakeholders in purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing, while ensuring clear reporting, sound risk management and compliance with relevant international standards. Key responsibilities Lead high-impact product development projects from concept and prototype phase to full-scale series production Coordinate cross-functional teams and coach project engineers across local and international facilities Drive technical design decisions in close collaboration with purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing stakeholders Collaborate with test engineers to define test programmes, execute validation activities and evaluate results Manage project scope, budget, timing and status while ensuring transparent reporting to management Apply ISO, PED, ASME and design-based risk management throughout the development lifecycle Secure and share technical knowledge to support continuity and learning across the organisation What we're looking for We are looking for a technically strong project expert with a hands-on mindset, clear communication skills and the ability to bring multidisciplinary teams together in a product development context. Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Strong general technical knowledge and a clear passion for product development Experience in a product development environment is a strong advantage Strong understanding and practical application of international standards and regulations , such as ISO, PED and ASME Experience with design-based risk management Fluent English communication skills across organisational levels, with the confidence to express well-founded technical opinions respectfully Knowledge of Dutch is a plus Independent, hands-on and innovative mindset, with strong ownership, accountability and a drive for continuous improvement Why join us?
