As a Project Lead, GTMC North America , you will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate complex cross-functional projects, and support the execution of key priorities across the US and Canada. Ready to get started? Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate strategic projects and transformation initiatives across North America. Establish governance frameworks, project plans, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive execution of business priorities and leadership initiatives. Analyze business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions when needed. Collaborate across functions, teams, and geographies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key objectives. Support continuous improvement efforts and adoption of new ways of working, including digital and AI-enabled tools. About You 10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles within complex business environments. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project management tools such as Jira. Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and build effective relationships across multiple functions and leadership levels. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working independently with a proactive mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 Level is a must) Why choose us?
