Project Manage (Junior / Associate Level)

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Junior / Associate Project Manager. The role involves coordinating small to medium projects related to content publishing, platform updates, and process improvements, under the guidance of senior team members. The Project Manager will assist in defining project tasks and timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Daily responsibilities include communicating with internal stakeholders, documenting project requirements and status, maintaining project tools and reports, and identifying basic risks or issues to escalate when needed. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of workflows and contributing to clear, organized documentation for legal content and platform operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core project management skills such as task coordination, timeline tracking, and basic risk and issue management.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, structured note-taking, and maintaining up-to-date project records.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills, including comfort with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task boards, online communication platforms).
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Egyptian legal system or legal information platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours responsibly, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
• Prior internship or junior-level experience in project coordination, legal publishing, or content platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
