Project Management Associate

We are looking for a Project Management Associate to support our ongoing work for an Amsterdam-based client as they evaluate complex commercial partnerships and entry strategies. This is a fully remote role focused on ensuring our advice is supported by organized research and clear timelines. At Gulf Associates, we prioritize commercial judgment over generic models, meaning you will help us track the ground reality of how deals are actually being made in the market.

What you will do

• Track project timelines and milestones for active client engagements to ensure no deadlines are missed.
• Conduct research on specific counterparties to understand their recent behavior and operational history.
• Draft concise summaries of market data for senior partners to review before client meetings.
• Organize internal documentation to ensure all evidence for a specific commercial position is easily accessible.
• Monitor updates from regulators and local entities within the specific environment being analyzed.
• Assist in the preparation of briefing materials that support high-stakes negotiations and partnership decisions.
• Coordinate schedules between partners and external advisors to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
• Help gather information on how competitors are behaving to support our scenario planning work.
