About the role
The Project Management Coordinator role is essential for maintaining the structure and rhythm of our high level advisory work. In this position, you will support our principals as we assist a major regional logistics and transportation group through a complex transition of their operating model. You will provide the organizational support needed to ensure that our strategic recommendations are tracked, documented, and moved toward a final decision.

What you will do

• Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure that all mandate milestones are met on time.
• Support our principals in gathering research and data related to the logistics sector to help form a clear view on client challenges.
• Draft concise internal updates and reports regarding the progress of specific portfolio projects.
• Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure all data is accurate and accessible to the team.
• Monitor project risks or delays and communicate them clearly to the responsible partners.
• Assist in the preparation of governance documents and strategy materials for board level presentations.
• Track communication between our firm and client representatives to maintain a clear record of decisions made.
• Support the refinement of client operating models by documenting current processes and proposed changes.
