Project Management Coordinator

Tech Pipeline finds and fixes the friction in internal business operations. We are currently working with a major Austrian financial technology provider that is expanding, which means their internal systems need to be tightened and scaled to support that growth.

The role
This Project Management Coordinator role exists to provide the structural support needed for these complex process audits and rebuilds. You will work closely with our senior practitioners to track progress, verify that data migrations are happening as planned, and keep our documentation current. It is a practical, remote position focused on the reality of how tasks get finished rather than just talking about them.

What you will do

• Maintain detailed logs of process changes to ensure we have a clear audit trail for the client.
• Monitor task queues and internal ticketing systems to identify where a project phase might be stalling.
• Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on the new logic we implement for the fintech provider.
• Cross-reference data sets in spreadsheets to confirm that system migrations are accurate and complete.
• Write clear, concise daily updates that summarize what was fixed and what is scheduled for the next day.
• Attend internal technical reviews to document the logic behind new routing rules or approval flows.
• Assist in testing the new workflows by running through the steps as an end-user and noting any friction.
• Organize shared project folders so that all technical documentation is easy for the client to find.

• High attention to detail, specifically the kind needed to spot a typo in a log or a missing step in a manual.
• Curiosity about how data moves through a company and why certain processes fail.
