What you will do

• Organize and track the progress of ongoing mandates for the regional investment group based in Dubai.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring that all records are clear and accessible to the team.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly progress reports that summarize key milestones and upcoming deadlines.
• Conduct background research on portfolio companies to support the development of new operating models.
• Coordinate schedules and requirements for meetings between our principals and client representatives.
• Monitor project timelines to identify potential delays before they affect the broader engagement.
• Help draft internal memos that synthesize complex discussions into actionable points for the project team.
• Support the quality control process for final reports, ensuring all data points are accurate and properly cited.
