Position Summary
True North Fleet Services is seeking a highly organized and driven PMO to help execute strategic initiatives across our growing organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will support cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, integrate newly acquired businesses, and help scale processes across multiple operating companies.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with approximately 3–5 years of professional experience who enjoys solving problems, coordinating teams, and bringing structure to complex initiatives. You'll partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing to ensure projects stay on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and priorities move from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up activities.
- Monitor project status and proactively identify risks or delays.
Strategic Initiative Support
Support enterprise-wide initiatives including:
- Acquisition integration
- Process standardization
- Systems implementations
- Operational improvement projects
- Sales enablement initiatives
- HR and people programs
- Technology rollouts
Executive Reporting
- Maintain project dashboards and status reports.
- Prepare executive updates highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Track KPIs and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Help leadership prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with leaders across multiple departments to drive accountability.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
- Build relationships across operating companies to improve communication and execution.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for strategic projects.
Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain project management templates and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Promote best practices in project management and organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management and adoption of new initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project coordination, operations, consulting, business analysis, or project management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a multi-location, industrial services, logistics, transportation, or private equity-backed environment is a plus.
- CAPM or PMP certification is a plus but not required
